My passion for photography began 26 years ago when Ienjoyed a B&W photography and darkroom techniques course.  After completing my bachelor's degree at the University of Wisconsin, I continued to practice my craft becoming fairly adept at photographing people.  I've travelled the globe to such destinations as Belgium, Germany, France, Austria, Switzerland, Saudi Arabia, Haiti, Jamaica, and Canada while exploring new photography techniques and refining my scenic photography skills.  Now, in Milwaukee, I work at creating emotionally charged portraits using a variety of techniques such as Rembrandt lighting, painting with light, the Sabatier effect and the list goes on.  When asked what makes a good picture, my reply is, "Attention to detail and solid composition."
