Amazing pictures, and yes, the clarity in each is breath taking. I, like many other's would also like to know what camera he used, as well as the focal length of the lens and the f-stop.

Hi ya Henry,
If ya like the grandure shots of mountain scenes, try the Aalpine Loop in Colorado.
You can start either in Lake City Colorado and do the northern half or the southern half. Or you can come in thru Silverton and go east. Any way you go, you'll get some really beautiful shots. Also a good 4 wheel drive is recomended. Don't forget your polarizing filter. Make those clouds really pop!

Hi Henry,

In your water photos, have you experimented with slow shutter speeds to give the water a beautiful flowing effect? I tried this earlier this year by closing down the aperture (f22), shutter to 3-4 secs and low ISO (100) because it was really bright outside and didn't want to over expose. Mounted my D300 on a tripod and got some great results. Try it if you haven't already. Water is a blast to photograph. Cheers! Jeff

Wow, Henry. Didn't know you also did awsome photography, too!! ( TALKED TO YOU AT THE MILW. BRONZE FONZ POSTER SIGNING...AND GOT THE AUTOGRAPHS FROM EVERYBODY. ) GREAT TIME!!!!!!

I also enjoy taking scenic pictures.....not very good with people pictures. I just found this website and will now visit it more often. (My 14 yr old daughter went to the Milw. celebration with us- she's actually the one who payed for your poster.) She is also working on a report for 8th grade and decided to do it about you!! Now, she can also include this website that we happily came across.

I love all of your pictures but, did you alter them at all via a computer photo shop program? I would very much like to learn from you since I am an Autistic man that has nothing but my art...

Henry, I almost feel like the question of people asking what camera you use is an insult...you have a great eye and you could shoot, like I do, even with a pinhole camera! Congrats on some great shots...keep it up...and just enjoy...
