Halloween Streets Brandon Remler checks in with two shots from the New York City Halloween Parade

This week in the city the annual halloween parade drew over 1,000,000 people to march and party in the hood.

So of course there are tons of characters - and i just thought i'd share two NYC scenes.

Man down on the steps of a Fifth Ave shop - and a "woman" with biceps losing her tiara.
