“We decided early on to keep the class sizes to about 15 students so there will be an enthusiastic exchange between peers and instructors,” said John Cole. “We start with a day devoted strictly to your technical needs, with a special team of professionals who will help you refine your skills. The following three days are focused on your chosen course—and every evening we all meet together for dinner to exchange ideas, learn from one another, and listen to one of the lead instructors talk about his or her specific discipline.” Schedule & Photographers The Workshop series commences with a summer session from August 28-September 1, 2006 with photographers Lou Jones (sports), Kevin Gilbert (portrait), and Moose Peterson (wildlife). ![]() © Lou Jones

Sundance is also a wonderful place to bring a friend who may not want to participate in the workshop, but share in the rustic accommodations. For small additional fee, they are welcome to join the evening activities. ![]() Sundance has so much to offer in addition to spectacular scenery—art classes, dining, hiking, skiing, horseback riding, and, of course, the spa.
