Recycle Your Jar Tops and...

Make a MIni Framed Picture.

Article rating: 5.00

Ask your mother to save jar covers so you can turn them into framed photographs. The kind of covers you need are those that have a raised rim, like the one in our illustration that came from a jar of instant coffee. Find a photo with a subject small enough to fit on it. Use a compass or a circle template to draw an outline around your subject, then cut it out. Glue it to the topside of the cover with white glue. Hang your project over a small nail. You don't even need picture wire. This will make a nice addition to a picture wall, as shown under Home Projects.
