Hug Your Corners.

by Elinor Stecker-Orel
Dress Up Your Doorways.

Look up. Could the molding around your door use a cat hanging over it or at least a picture of the feline? Or maybe your favorite photo of the Grand Canyon would be a colorful addition. Or a cluster of pine cones, as we have here. Simply cut two 2 x 4-inch pieces of Foamcore, and tape them together at a right angle. Cut the picture away from the background and paste it on the Foamcore, letting parts of the image overhang where appropriate. Place your corner hugger on a door frame, file cabinet, cupboard, computer monitor, or any molding that has square corners. Secure it with a bit of reusable dimensional adhesive, available in office-supply stores.
