PAL (Phase Alternation Line):
System for minimizing hue errors in color transmission used in European and other countries. .

PANORAMIC: :
Image format that is significantly wider than it is high. Aspect ratio (width-to-height ratio) is usually 3:1.
PASSIVE AUTOFOCUS: :
AF system type that analyzes subject contrast to determine sharpness.

PC CARD or PCMCIA (Personal Computer Memory Card International Association) Card:
It is A type of removable storage media often used for digital cameras and computers.
PC LENS: (Perspective Control) :
Lens having geared or sliding mechanism that allows for correction of linear distortion resulting from high or low camera angle. PC lenses also known as tilt/shift lenses.
PC TERMINAL: :
Socket on camera body that connects the camera to external flash systems. Stands for Prontor Compur, a type of shutter
PIXEL (Picture Element): :
The smallest unit of a digital image. Generally, the more pixels a camera has, the higher resolution it offers.
PROGRAM MODE: :
A common name for the fully automatic shooting mode of a camera.
