I am very new to the world of SLR's.  In fact, these shots are from my very first roll.  I wanted to get into film cameras as a reaction to all-things-digital.  Digital point-and-shoots are very nice for certain occasions, but film is way cooler.  It's a debate that will go on for years and years, much like the analog vs. digital debate in the audio recording industry.  I like the more "human" feel of film vs. digital.  Capturing the moment is why I love photography.  Right place.  Right time.  Right light.
