The paper liners your mother uses for making cupcakes can also make adorable
flower-like decorations. The directions here are for one decoration, but you'll probably want to make a whole "bouquet" of them.

What You'll Need:
  • Two cupcake-liner papers

  • Colored markers or crayons

  • Small photograph

  • Circle template or other round object the size of the bottom of the cupcake  liner

  • Scissors, Paste, Pencil

Here's what to do:

1. Use markers or crayons to draw stripes on one cupcake liner. Make the stripes go in the direction of the ridges. Its okay if the paper spreads out a bit as you color.

2. Cut slits along most of the ridges, as shown in the picture.

3. Paste the uncolored cupcake liner on top of colored one.

4. Use a template or other round object to trace a circle on the photograph.

5. Cut out the photo.

6. Paste the photo in the center of the cupcake liners.

7. Paste the "flower picture" to a greeting card. Or put a rubber magnet on the back   so it will stick to a metal surface. Or make a lot of these to use as party decorations; you may want to fill them with small candies
