I took a four day road trip with my Father this past November, from Atlanta to Memphis then Nashville and finally Chattanooga. Most of these images with the exception of the Choo Choo were all shot along the way in between the tourist sights we were heading to. I took in every moment of life that happened as we drove from one place to another. The only camera I brought on this trip was the Kodak EASYSHARE P880, when I walked around it was on my shoulder and while riding in the car, it sat next to me in the seat. I was my Dad’s co-pilot and the camera was mine. Bridge at Sunset: As we turned a corner on this Tennessee highway a bright green bridge appeared from out of nowhere. As the sun continued to set everything around was bathing in the glow, but nothing else was as beautiful as this bridge. ![]() © 2005 Emily Wilson
Chattanooga Choo Choo: Pardon me boys, but how many other trains have their own song and look this good first thing in the morning? ![]() © 2005 Emily Wilson
Cotton Confusion: It was late in the season for cotton to still be in the fields and I am sure I looked just as crazy taking pictures of it. ![]() © 2005 Emily Wilson

Winding through the Mtns.: I was trying to get a picture of the windy road we were on, I just happened to be blowing an impressive size bubble at the same time. ![]() © 2005 Emily Wilson
Side Mirror Sunset: I watched the sun level on the horizon, thinking about how I wanted to make the moment last. The camera captured the stillness perfectly, as we traveled forward fast. ![]() © 2005 Emily Wilson
Marathon Stop: We refueled our car and stomachs every few hundred miles. I would walk around looking for something every time we stopped. I had just stepped out of the car at this stop when I found what I was looking for. ![]() © 2005 Emily Wilson
Dad Portrait: Family always jokes that you wanted to name me, “Sunny”. I say, oh how boring life would be if my Dad was never funny. ![]() © 2005 Emily Wilson
